QUALITY POLICY

The implementation of the Quality Management System is a strategic choice of the organisation's top management.
The Top Management, aware of the importance and necessity of demonstrating and documenting to its customers the Organisation's ability to regularly provide products and services that comply with the required and applicable mandatory requirements, has deemed it appropriate to establish a Quality System in accordance with the provisions of the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015+A1:2024 standard.
The guiding principles and primary strategic objectives that Top Management has identified for its Quality Management System and which it undertakes to ensure, providing the necessary human, technical and financial resources are:
​
  • the satisfaction of the customer and all stakeholders (owners, employees and suppliers) through the provision of a quality, reliable and timely product/service that meets requirements
  • compliance with mandatory regulations and explicit and implicit contractual commitments, to ensure full conformity of the product/service provided
  • the involvement and enhancement of human resources by providing means, resources, adequate training, defining competencies and responsibilities, conferring authority in relation to the role so that everyone is able to perform their tasks well in order to optimise processes and achieve common objectives
  • continuous improvement by promoting within the organisation a methodological approach centred on the systematic collection of data and their timely analysis, preventing and correcting possible problems and non-compliant situations, through treatment and corrective actions
  • Financial stability through the achievement of budget targets, essential to ensure the company and the customer the necessary financial solidity to guarantee continuity of supply and technological innovation
  • Implementation and maintenance of the Quality System to ensure that the requirements agreed with customers are always met
 
Top Management demonstrates leadership and commitment to the Quality Management System and undertakes to make available resources and means adequate to the objectives and targets set, in terms of expertise, equipment, information, economic and financial resources, and to constantly monitor their adequacy.
This Policy is disseminated to all personnel and made available to those who request it.
