MADA 4.0: Capacity Expansion, Technological and Digital Transformation, Transition to the Circular Economy Paradigm and Energy Sustainability

MADA carried out an investment project at its plant, the expenditure of which was reported for the purposes of using the resources of the National Operational Programme Enterprise and Competitiveness 2014 - 2020 - AXIS VI - Promoting the overcoming of the effects of the crisis in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and its social consequences and preparing for a green, digital and resilient recovery of the economy (so-called React-EU Axis) under the DM 10 February 2022.

The project involved the purchase of a RAMBAUDI gantry and moving table machining centre mod. SARA 5228, a SIGMA vertical machining centre mod. COMPACT 5A with HEIDENHAIN TNC 640 HSCI CNC, a LEADWELL vertical machining centre mod. V-42AF, a TruLaser 3040 fibre (L95), a 400 KWP PHOTOVOLTAIC PLANT, a supply of two-beam bridge cranes with No. 2 ARGANO trolley with a capacity of 5 T (50 KN), Building Renovation and Redevelopment Works, an ICM 4.0 Integration and Interconnection SW and SW Licences for the capacity expansion of an existing production unit and the technological and digital transformation of the company, transition towards the circular economy paradigm and energy sustainability

The programme is 'Funded as part of the EU response to the COVID-19 pandemic'.
